Step 4: Let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes.

Step 5: Slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the coffee.

Step 1: Fill the lower chamber with hot water up to the safety valve.

Step 2: Insert the funnel and fill it with finely ground coffee, leveling it off.

Step 3: Screw the top chamber onto the base securely.

Step 5: As the water heats up, steam will push the brewed coffee through the upper chamber.

Step 6: Once you hear a gurgling sound and see coffee flowing, remove from heat.

Step 1: Grind coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.

Step 2: Place a coffee filter in the drip brew basket.

Step 3: Add the ground coffee to the filter, leveling it off.

Step 1: Place a Chemex paper filter in the top of the Chemex, ensuring the thicker side is facing the spout.

Step 2: Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm up the Chemex.

Step 3: Grind coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.

Step 4: Add the ground coffee to the rinsed filter, leveling it off.

Step 5: Start a timer and pour a small amount of hot water (just off boiling) over the coffee grounds to saturate them evenly. Allow it to bloom for about 30 seconds.

Step 6: After blooming, slowly pour the rest of the hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, ensuring even extraction.

Step 7: Aim to finish pouring all the water within 3-4 minutes.

Step 8: Once all the water has dripped through the filter, remove the filter and discard it.

Step 1: Heat water to around 80-85°C.

Step 2:Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.

Step 3: Screw the cap onto the AeroPress and place it on top of your mug or a sturdy surface.

Step 4: Add finely ground coffee into the AeroPress chamber.

Step 5: Start a timer and pour hot water over the coffee grounds, filling it to your desired level.

Step 6: Stir the coffee and water mixture for about 10 seconds.

Step 7: Attach the plunger to the AeroPress and gently press down with steady pressure.

Step 8: Stop pressing once you hear a hissing sound.

Step 9: Remove the AeroPress from your mug.

Step 10: Dilute the brewed coffee with hot water if desired.

Step 11: Enjoy your coffee!

Step 1: Heat water to around 93-96°C.

Step 2: Fold the paper filter along the seams and place it in the V60 dripper.

Step 3: Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm up the V60 and mug.

Step 4: Discard the rinse water.

Step 5: Measure and grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.

Step 6: Add the ground coffee to the rinsed filter, leveling it off.

Step 7: Start a timer and pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to saturate them evenly. Allow it to bloom for about 30 seconds.

Step 8: After blooming, slowly pour the rest of the hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, ensuring even extraction.

Step 9: Aim to finish pouring all the water within 2-3 minutes.

Step 10: Once all the water has dripped through the filter, remove the V60 and discard the used coffee grounds and filter.

Step 1: Fill the percolator's bottom chamber with cold water, up to the fill line.

Step 2: Place the coffee basket or filter into the percolator.

Step 3: Add coarsely ground coffee into the coffee basket, using about 1 tablespoon of coffee per cup of water.

Step 4: Assemble the percolator and ensure it's securely closed.

Step 5: Place the percolator on the stove over medium heat.

Step 6: Once the water starts boiling, lower the heat to maintain a gentle simmer.

Step 7: Allow the coffee to percolate for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Step 8: Monitor the percolator's glass knob or watch for the color of the brewed coffee.

Step 9: Once the coffee reaches your preferred strength, remove the percolator from the heat source.

Step 10: Carefully remove the coffee basket or filter, then serve and enjoy your coffee!

Espresso

Espresso Brewing Guide

Step 1: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine consistency, similar to table salt.

Step 2: Preheat your espresso machine and portafilter by running hot water through them.

Step 3: Dose the portafilter with freshly ground coffee, using about 18-20 grams for a double shot.

Step 4: Distribute the coffee grounds evenly in the portafilter and tamp with firm, even pressure using a tamper.

Step 5: Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine's group head and start the extraction process.

Step 6: Extract the espresso for about 25-30 seconds, aiming for a total yield of around 30-60ml.

Step 7: Watch for a rich, dark espresso with a golden crema on top.

Step 8: Once extraction is complete, remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.

Step 9: Serve immediately and enjoy your espresso!
